If you are talking about Fleetwood Mac's album, Rumors, there are three
sets of soundtracks on that DVD-Audio;
1. MLP encoded 96/24 5.1
2. PCM 96/24 2 channel
3. DD encoded 48/24 5.1 (these are tracks where members of the band are
talking about the composing, writing etc for the tracks. The music plays
in the background).

I tried to extract audio from this DVD-Audio using DVD Audio Extractor:
http://www.castudio.org/dvdaudioextractor/ and it could only see 3 or 4
PCM tracks that had a few seconds of audio. I then used DVD-A Explorer
(see this thread for details
http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1180492#post1180492 ) and I
could extract any of the threee sets of tracks. I extracted the MLP
tracks to separate .wav files (6 files for each track) then encoded
them into 48/24 5.1 files that I can play through my SB3 and SBR to my
two 5.1 systems. I also extracted the 96/24 PCM files and resampled
them to 48/24, using dBPoweramp with SSRC enabled. I am working on
getting those files to play back through my digital connections from
the SBR and SB3. There seems to be a problem with the .WAV format. Once
I have the .WAV files playing properly I will convert these files to
FLAC to get ID tag capability and compress the file sizes.
