Hi I started to use dBpoweramp (www.dbpoweramp.com) about a year ago. I have never looked back.
The ripping engine is second to none, and the meta-data capability is superb. 99% of all meta-data and 90% of all cover art is found automatically. For $36 it is a bargin IMHO.
