>Any useful advice would be deeply appreciated.< Forget about WMP11. Your choices for ripping are either EAC or dBPoweramp. Also, rip to FLAC format once, then you'll never have to touch the CDs again. FLAC can be converted to MP3, AAC etc. as needed.
