I've used rental cars that advertise the ability to plug in your iPod,
and all they had was a simple generic 3.5mm mini jack. You could
connect your Cowon's headphone out to that with a simple $2 cable. But
I wouldn't be surprised if some car stereos actually use the iPod's
docking connector. So you'll have to narrow it down to a few models and
look at the spec sheets.

Do iPods support 24-bit files? I honestly don't know, but I'd want to
be sure of it before converting my library to ALAC.
