Or album artist, or albumartist, or ...? I'm reading that the balbs is trying to find a tool to answer the general question. You may have provided a means to discover the answer for this particular case, but it is a specific answer to a more general question perhaps. Re: mp3tag, I find each time I open my music folder with mp3tag, it takes minutes for it scan in the contents. Do you all really find that not a problem? I find it to be clumsy in general, and certainly dated.
