I don't open my entire library. mp3tag is not really designed for that
(with large libraries). I only open artists or albums that I'm dealing
with tagging on....you are correct, trying to point it to my entire
60,000+ tracks would be painful.  

Outdated, I have to disagree with. It is very flexible and allows for
lots of scripting. Easy for the novice user and very powerful for the
experienced user...

I've used tag&rename, puddletag, dbpa, and some others, and I always
come back to mp3tag for its power and customization options.
