It's worth noting that you could use the filter feature in MP3Tag to find the erroneous tags, and then you would be able to find the file based on its filename field.
I've only just discovered the filter feature, and it's pretty powerful, so that's why I point out it, even though I think your question has already been answered :-) To find out more about it, click on the Help menu, and read the "Filtering files and tags" entry.
