Nope, not possible. I use a ALBUMSORTORDER tag and if you don't currently use it you could give all non-comps a value of one and VA albums a value of 2. Should see your albums mostly segregated when you get to the album view. It's a kludge as what you (and a lot of people) want isn't possible. M.
