First of all I'm still somewhat against the idea of adding a feature that does something that can already be done otherwise. I'm really worried about the added complexity and wouldn't like to explain why to use tags in same case and metadata in others. I'll talk with other core developers next week and see what they think about this.
Parsing the information and adding it into test case objects alone probably isn't such a big task. I just don't understand what would be the point if the information isn't shown anywhere afterwards. In that case just adding a comment ought to be enough.
