I just visited one user site (a rather large one) and they use a system
where each team has their own tag. When used with
--TagStatExclude/--TagStatInclude it seems to work okay for them. They have
lots of tags, but I doubt they rise to hundreds.
Personally I dont have experience from such a big project and possible
problems that would arise from using dozens or hundreds of tags.
Has someone here used hundreds of tags as Bryan described? If there are
specific reasons why that is cumbersome, I think we should then weight
which seems better:
a) to change tags so that they are easier to use in hundreds
b) or to add additional metadata as suggested by Bryan.
But to do that we need some idea why using hundreds of tags does not work
or is not easy now.
