About MIDI: Cakewalk 6.0 and 9.0 showed me a message like this every
time I didn't had at least both MIDI output/input.... but without "[X]
Don't tell me this again".... so, I like "[X] Don't tell me this
again".

But it was useful to me that every time I started Cakewalk, I knew that
the MIDI will be working in any way.
