Yeah, this is pure GIGO. I tried to produce a one bar test example, and it's impossible to do using any of the end user tools. Rosegarden wants to stick a bogus rest in there, and then the LilyPond exporter makes a mess, because it has crap to work with. There's no producing anything usable from this without raw dirty hacking. Tom Breton has been working on a monumentally massive tuplet rewrite involving what must be thousands of lines of code by now, and it probably sweeps this problem away. I'd guess it will be a year or so before that makes it into a production Rosegarden, so in the meantime, this example is just one of those things Rosegarden flat out can't do. -- D.
