The best I can do for now is to bundle everything up into a tarball and kick it out there. The package contains the patches and the script that I used to apply them. The patches are current for v13676, which I believe is up to date for trunk (as of 2014-05-08). Comments embedded in the script explain what I did and why. Tim Munro
