I expect Rosegarden doesn't play nice with whatever "ladish" is. I don't remember what that is myself, but it sounds like one of those things on the list of new technologies people wish Rosegarden would support. Rosegarden didn't manage any of that back when we had a big team working at a fast pace. The chances of getting anything like that done now are vanishingly slim. It could all have something to do with all the newest latest and greatest stuff in the most recent distro too. I'm still running 10.04. It looks like upgrading to 12.04 is going to involve a fairly painful migration process getting settled in with the newest KDE, and I'm in no hurry to bother with that. Maybe June, maybe later. -- D.
