1) Obtaining information is not the COMBAT; USING the information
obtained is the START of Combat.

2 The problem with seekers of information is that they are confused by
all the RTI websites/groups and false experts. They are not prepared
to accept that their real problem is within themselves and their own
frustrations.

3) RTI is only a tool(and a very small and weak tool) to get a glimpse
at information. That glimpse is more than enough to start your Combat.

4) Dont believe me, believe yourself and learn from your own mistakes.

5) The reason Malay and so many others are not getting ahead with RTI
is because they believe in RTI and all the other meaningless nonsense
which was written into the PREAMBLE of the RTI Act to comfort them. It
is like believing in the "10 year warranty" of a soon to be bankrupt
company which is clearing out its stock at any price to gullible
consumers.

6)I dont deprecate agitation, I deprecate foolish people who are happy
to be cannon fodder for generals and big shots of RTI who exploit
them and live in foreign financed luxury.

at the SIC. But, may be due to my ineptitude on the subject, I fail to
understand the 'pichkari' concept of Mr. Roy. As I was given to
understand "It(RTI) enhances the accountability of the Government,
improves decision-making, provides better information to elected
representatives, enhances Government credibility with its citizens,
AND PROVIDES A POWERFUL AID IN THE FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION" So I
hope you will appreciate that combat/fight mode is incororated within
the prelude of the Act. And I hope you will also appreciate with what
Frederick Douglas once said that "Those who profess to favour
freedom, & depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without
ploughing the ground".
