Dear Sh.Malay, As Sarbajit Royji suggested from time to time that Judiciary can be very helpful in correcting false decisions of SIC.In your present case,you should try highcourt in correcting this decision Or just wait for your another false RTI reply on water supply,street lighting etc.
In the website,I find water supply by tankers very costly-200/-for 200gallons provided tankers are available.Street lighting repair ensured within one day.
