But Rails & Ruby continue to grow in popularity.  And, unless someone in just 
the right spot at IBM loves Ruby and Eclipse, expecting them to contact you 
is unrealistic.  I think you *should* try contacting them.  (easy for me to 
say, but look what Sun has done for JRuby).
