Howdy Ken
Rough is the key word. One of my college majors is Marketing, so I have
studied and written many surveys over the years. With the model
railroaders, you target say 500 folks, you get 39 responses, 34 will
have write-ins other than the survey items and there will be 34
different things noted, one guy will offer to buy one if it looks good
and doesn't cost too much (whatever 'too much' is!), and the other four
will ask if it will be in offered in hirail!
There is only two ways to do a project - either pull more money out of
savings, shoulder the risk and just do it, or wait until the number of
deposits equals the upfront costs to minimize the risk.
As with all things in live, Money Talks, so perhaps that is the best
indicator.
