Dick, Not to add fuel to the furnace on this one, but I used to be in HO, and all my friends considered the turnouts that come with switch machines already mounted to be like "hirail" in HO, you know, the "toy" stuff, not the "scale" stuff. But I agree with you that such a deal in S, even if "Hi-Rail", would considerably add to the appeal. But I don't expect any manufacturers of "scale" turnouts to add mounted machines.
