Problem is Bill, much of the Pine Canyon product that
appears not to be selling is exactly what you are
suggesting is need, the two Back Alley sets, Rigsby
Freight and Toxic Terminal. All are brick 2-3 story
factory/warehouse structures. I've got one of the Back
Alley sets and it is an impressive kit with great
details.
Many of the other structures you mention (cemment
dealer, bulk oil) are or have been available from
Lehigh Valley models.
Maybe we THINK we want these buildings, but then we go
back to stacking up old Revell bakery walls and Heljan
brewery pieces.
