"S"everal years ago in a conversation with Frank Titman, he stated his
experience with Lehigh Valley Models was that if the structure was
within 50' of the tracks it sold quite well. If it was farther away
from the tracks the sales dropped off quickly. Yet, having a town is
usually a neat thing. What to do? Cheers...Ed L.
