Shouldn't be much of a problem to make contemporary SD4X's Flyer compatible. After all, AM's done it with SD60's, FM Trainmasters and E8's.
An observation: The growth in the 3-rail O world over the past decade wasn't driven by small locomotives. I realize that there are challenges to making it Flyer compatible. (Six wheel long base trucks etc.) But it would be a great boost to the S image. It would certainly create some relateability to those who want to model at some of what they see on the prototype roads today. (ie a younger generation) Shooot, I might even get a six pack of 'em myself! > > John Oglesby Yahoo!
