Well here's me two cents worth:
I think an SD-40/SD-45/SD-45-2 is a capitol idea. I realize that there are
challenges to making it Flyer compatible. (Six wheel long base trucks etc.) But
it would be a great boost to the S image. It would certainly create some
relateability to those who want to model at some of what they see on the
prototype roads today. (ie a younger generation) Shooot, I might even get a six
pack of 'em myself!
