Guys,  Lionel made the decision not to make the SD-40 many years ago, so 
not to worry.  I just think the engine might be too big for many hi-rail 
layouts.  On the other hand (and we all hope to have one) Lionel's 
Mikado stands up quite well against some of the brass imports and in my 
opinion is a notch better than AM's first Pacific.
