Ron....Why not simply copy and use the existing original kit
instructions already prepared by PRS, etc.? No need for anything new.

SHS has already explained how to remove the weight in their cars. I
was told by a DPH employee that removing the excessive weight in RTR
PRS cars is impossible. No serious need for kits if the weight can be
removed. Just a personal opinion, of course, since weight might not be
important to those who run short trains. Unfortunately (for me), I
like l-o-n-g trains.
