I think you're serious, but today I'll admit I'm not sure.  If one of 
my employees told you it was impossible to remove a weight from one 
of our factory assembled former PRS cars, he is absolutely correct, 
because on our first car (the ACF hopper),we added no weight because 
it was already at NMRA standard weight.  Since this is our very first 
in a string, I think you're pulling my leg (admittedly I probably 
deserve it).

As for using original PRS instructions, the is only a minor portion 
of our production schedule.  They are dated anyway and like us, are 
not very user friendly. I'm hoping Billy Boy takes the bate and 
starts drawing.  A win, win situation for all.
