To add to Ed's words, not every Overland product was made by Ajin 
either.  Overland used MS for some S products.  I think most would agree 
that Ajin was the better builder of the two. MS made the USRA Pacific 
and the sanding towers and, I think, some of their C& S narrow gauge 
engines.  The Pacific was a smooth runner but mine had several bad 
joints and ill fitting parts; the sanding towers because of their very 
nature turned into kits when shipped.
