I am using Miller tie strip to good advantage in [finally] completeing
the S scale railroad I have dreamed of for about thirty years. I
bought some used from a couple of list members, and believe me, it is
unbeatable for laying out smooth curves, etc., since the track it
makes up is as limber as a carnival belly dancer. I cut the web on one
side on every second tie, on curves anyway.

Code 100 rail more or less "floats" in the Code 125 grooves and
accommodates NASG wheel standards very well, in fact limiting side to
side movement of rolling stock for more efficient coupling with Kadee
#5's, etc. I have even put the Heimburger stuff to good use with
proper technique.

Of course, the best part in my case was a), price, and b), the fact
that I could quickly assemble flex track sections with Code 100
weathered rail.
