Don:
Perfect timing. <VBG> I am completing a Tsunami install on one of
my AM GP9's and was hoping to find baseline Diesel CV settings
beyond the usual factory specs. After I have optimized the settings
using Decoder Pro, I'll post my list for comparison sake.
On a related topic, there has been some debate on the DCC Sound
Lists about throttle position, prime mover RPM, and movement of the
loco. Some argue that the motor should rev up before movement, and
others argue that throttle position "one" should cause movement
without increase in prime mover RPM. I am still waiting to hear
which is correct from someone who ran the real things. Just
wondering if S-Helper has addressed the issue.
Cheers,
