Recently , I've been getting phone calls for visitation.

Firstly, Allen Evans, then Allen gave Tony Tomlinson my name and Tony
stopped, and the second time around brought along a friend by the name of
Sid. Then my neighbor who has a B&B, sent over a friend, Don Rhoades who is
a marvel at model building and is also really into local railroad history
and wrote a book on the railroads of Lebanon County. (read: Cornwall
Railroad, as well as our beloved Reading, and many others)

Anyway, I must admit, I've been rather busy taking care of other things and
my Jefferson Central has been neglected.

However, the trains did run, except one time, when a bad behaving Hopper
tipped over on the upper mainline and string of hoppers went with it. That
is the first time that has ever happened on my layout, but my visitors were
very understanding to what happens when guests stop by, and helped me out.
Later, after sending several cars to the Back Shop, the trains ran
flawlessly on both mainlines. Then we had much conversation while the Coal
Train, headed by three AM Gp 7's, with about 18 hoppers on it and a freight
train headed by two Trainmasters, with about 10 freight cars ran and ran
forever, even when we forgot about them and went to another room where my
Staging & Exchange yard sits. (Both trains had cabooses.)

Yes, how I would like to spend my time, playing with trains, but there are a
lot of family responsibilities that are primary, and I'm hoping as time
passes on this year, I'll be able to get back to model railroading. (and
photography)

The neat thing about model railroading, is the people you meet and the
friends you make.

I'm so happy to be in S gauge all these years and meeting so many people
from all over the world and everyone I've met has developed into being a
friend, that is so neat.

That's my report.

"S"ee Ya another time,

 Bill (Fraley)
