Of course we khere are a lot of Ow5 modellers...namely every O gauger using the 
common 1 1/4 inch track gauge.    That historic discrepancy is what drives 
Proto;48, along of course with the desire for properly sized wheel treads.  
Last year I visited the National Railway Museum in Adelaide, Australia where 
they had rolling stock from all three of that country's principal rail gauges 
(narrow, standard and wide).  The 5 foot 3 gauge track looked vast.  I do 
wonder how many modellers in countries such as Australia, Russia or Ireland 
accurately model broad gauge.  In any scale.
