I'm glad to see lionel testing the scale market. Enough has already been said on the pro's and con's, so I'm not going to add anything there. Only to say, If that N+W 2-8-8-2 had scale wheels, I'd get one for sure! The rest is just too modern for me, as I stop at 1955. If down the road, they come out with some earlier stuff (especially PRR or N+W prototype hoppers H21, GLa, H2a, hint, hint,) I'll bite!
