One thing I've noticed. Most of my Sn3 kits come with cut levers or at least the wire to make them and I've put them on most of my narrow gauge cars, although it is nice when they're prebent. Now that we have some RTR plastic freight cars in Sn3 from P-B-L, they also have them. But as Ed states in the article, the standard gauge cars generally don't have them other than brass. Is this another holdover from the AF legacy and a compromise to accommodate AF-compatible couplers?
