Hi David;

I'd say no. Very few HO cars have them, even among the high end products. I 
suspect they are seen as easily damaged, often in the way of operating couplers 
and simply not noticed or requiered by most buyers.

That said, my recent cars all have them, and I recommend Earl Tuson's etched 
Carmer levers for those cars that need them (including USRA boxcars as well as 
many PRR).
