Take a look at the vintage photo that Ed Kirstatter posted of the ACL
ventilated boxcar. Besides the cut levers notice the double end doors,
the extremely large ACL placard, the lack of end grabs and the semi
irregular sheathing on the end. I wonder if the little kid was a future
model railroader?
