I think for a machine screw mounting of the 802 you would need to tap 0-80.

The screws Kadee supplies (and sells separately0 are 0-48, works well in wood 
and plastic.  Same screw they use in their 714 HOn3 coupler.

Can you tap the mounting hole to use a 1-72 machine screw? I've done that with 
some coupler applications, but I don't use 802's, so can't answer my own 
question
