 My point was that you didn't add the two tickets here, without which
 assuredly patch would not have worked, which is used a lot!  I added them
 to the list above, as you can check.

 But `file` is in your list in comment:109, so I'm not sure why you removed
 it from the list.  Did it install with something else automatically?

 I posted at #13844 and #13914, not sure about libgc-devel, but hey it was
 not there and I had no problems yet.

 It's conceivable that libgc-devel is, but I think that #9617 fixed that.
