 Oops, I was not careful.
 But indeed I did not explicitely add it, so either it was there with the
 basic Cygwin install, or it was pulled by something else, I'll tend to say
 it's the former solution as every time I installed something I had a quick
 look at what was pulled, but I might have missed it as well...
