Comment (by jpflori):

I ran ptest over the night and the result is not bad at all, especially
that I did not include all the fixes we have (lcalc, rpy2 ar least), some
of them are time outs (potentially just because Cygwin is
sloooooooooooow), some of them passed when reran (e.g. the maxima.py one)
and some of them are still the PARI lacking memory (cos I cannot devise
how to convince Cygwin to get more than 500000000 bytes).

 The result is at
 http://boxen.math.washington.edu/home/jpflori/ptest-5.6.rc0-cygwin.log

I've got a previous one at
 http://boxen.math.washington.edu/home/jpflori/ptest-5.5.rc0-cygwin.log
which is not that bad as well.
