Definitely it should use the same name as #5514. I'm fine with changing
the name and inverting the meaning of True/False.
I have a slight preference for region_function over region, for two
reasons: 1) to match Mathematica; and 2) because we do require a function.
(If region=(x^2^+y^2^+z^2^<1) worked, then "region" would probably be
better than "region_function". And of course, it wouldn't be hard to make
that work.)
