Is there any reason why mesh and transparency can't work with jvxl files?
JVXL and the pmesh both give ways to specify a surface to jmol; I don't
see why you shouldn't be able to specify mesh=True and transparency
options when passing a jvxl file. If not, can we request it? Do you know
the size difference between a (zipped) pmesh command file to jmol and the
equivalent (zipped) jvxl command file?
