Now that I've actually looked at the plot code and the
[http://www.sagemath.org/doc/reference/misc/sage/misc/decorators.html#sage.misc.decorators.options
@options decorator], I think it was designed to solve a slightly different
problem (set global option defaults) but does give a way to set default
keywords once and have them appear in the docstring of multiple functions.
Depending how complicated the option handling needs to be, it may or may
not be worthwhile to use this decorator.
