I have implemented the ideas from the previous comment. I have marked both
`transitive_subgroup` and `_transitive_subgroup_gap` as cached, although
currently it seems that this will not affect the (re)running times of
`is_cayley`, as the automorphism group of a graph is not cached. Is this
something that should be changed (in another ticket, of course), or should
I just remove caching for the two methods?
