Oh I didn't notice that you use LatticePolytope/PALP to compute the facet
normals. That limits the dimension a bit, but good enough for now. I think
cython-izing `polyhedra` to call libcdd directly would be easy enough, but
thats for the future :-)
So to summarize, I think the patch is ready for for inclusion. It also
applies cleanly on top of Sage 4.4.3. Positive review.
