I like the general organization of the current patch, but names are still
a bit strange. Especially `Cube3` which is not a polyhedral fan at all. Is
it possible to insert a detailed mathematical description into docstrings?
I mean not the cones/rays, which are given, but what exactly has to be
done to the "usual" cube to get `Cube2` and `Cube3`. For varieties coming
from arXiv papers, it would be nice to have complete references including
all authors and the title of the paper.
Also technical detail about the posted patch file itself: it seems that it
is taken directly from the queue and lacks some header information,
including the commit message.
