It probably makes sense to return `CPRFanoToricVariety` objects for those
varieties that fall into this class, it will be also useful for writing
more examples and tests for them. This will make this ticket to depend on
#8989, but that one is pretty much settled already anyway.
If you are OK with this dependence, I don't mind making necessary changes
here myself.
