The only changes are in the build process. I also removed several
patches,

I applied the p7 spkg fine to 4.5.2.alpha0, and the (two) extcode patches
above, and the new sagelib_9343_combined3.patch .
Very impressed that the latter applied without any merge problems --
thanks, Jeroen. I will test and fix what I find in elliptic_curves
(except perhaps the failures in heegner.py).
