New spkg version: [http://cage.ugent.be/~jdemeyer/pari-2.4.3.svn.p7.spkg],
PARI build 12543. The only changes are in the build process. I also
removed several patches,
since the fixes should be upstream now.
But we need to test building this spkg on many different machines!
There are some new doctest failures with sage-4.5.2.alpha0, nothing very
troublesome though. I can probably fix them (except for elliptic_curves,
which I will leave to John).
