Ok I think we should do the following: Let's stick to 1.4.1 since it is
necessary for scipy 0.8. and quite well tested yet, in contrary to 1.5.x
and it seems to work. Especially since the update from scipy 0.7 to 0.8
holds a lot of changes, and we don't know if they build some more bugs
into numpy 1.5.1...
If it turns out that updating from 1.4.1 to 1.5.1 is no problem, then
well... packing a new package would'nt be the prob I think.
