 bsd.math runs 10.6, not 10.4.  You might have been confused because of the
 output of "uname", more particularly "uname -r":
 {{{
 bsd:~ palmieri$ uname -r
 10.4.0
 }}}
 The "10" corresponds somehow to OS X 10.6, and the "4" means it's running
 OS X 10.6.4.  (OS X 10.4 would return "8.???" and OS X 10.5 would return
 "9.???".)
